I have visually confirmed that the nylon rope in the door balance linkage is broken and am ordering a new kit from Appliance Parts Pros. I have not actually pulled the dishwasher yet. My question is the door springs. Can I assume that they are reusable or should I just order them now as part of the fix? I can't find a diagram of the springs or any posts on broken ones and their replacement. Money is kinda tight and I'd like to reuse them if possible. But if they're going to break in 6 months I might as well to it now while the washer is pulled and my wife is on my back to hurry up, I need the dishwasher!
No guarantees I know, what what you advise? Thanks in advance

Generally the springs will last a lifetime although I have seen quite a few break. My advice is if it ain't broke don't fix it, I'm sure the springs are fine.
