I have a GE microwave (JE2160SF03). It's only 1.5 years old. I pressed the "1 min express cook" button. It worked for about 5 secs, then died. Any idea what happened? I've read on these forums to buy a new fuse. Could that be the solution? How do I find what type/voltage fuse to purchase and where to purchase?

Thanks!
Natalie

Hi Natalie,

Does it do anything - lights, noises or its completely dead?

Gene.
