The washer is not doing anything, I've changed the lid switch and know it just stopped working, could it be the timer? It seems like it is loose and won't grasp to stay out when pulled. No sounds or anything when plugged or try moving to a different cycle.:confused:
Please help!!!

That is a classic symptom of the whirlpool times the pull to start switch has gone bad if you pull the timer knob in spin then firmly move the knob side to side and up and down sometimes it will make contact and work.if it goes by doing that its the timer
