Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/17/2010(UTC) Posts: 2		if i had to guess i would say the waste water pump is bad. the tub wont drain. is this a part i can purchase and install myself? i'm of average or above mechanical ability. does this sound like the case or could it be something else? anybody? anybody? anybody? thanks.

Charlie, Does the unit wash ? Is there any noise from the drain pump(hum, chatter, squeak) ? Here's the drain pump kit part number Part number: AP4510944 It would be a good, inexpensive place to start. I think, you'll be able to take care of it, no sweat. Good Luck, :) :) :)
