if i had to guess i would say the waste water pump is bad. the tub wont drain. is this a part i can purchase and install myself?
i'm of average or above mechanical ability. does this sound like the case or could it be something else?

Does the unit wash ?

Is there any noise from the drain pump(hum, chatter, squeak) ?

Here's the drain pump kit part number

It would be a good, inexpensive place to start.
