It this the limit switch thermostat or (GASP!) the ECM? Element upper oven broil tested OK, but when on broil, there is no voltage to that element.

Replacement parts for mer6770 models \| AppliancePartsPros.com You will notice (Section 8) that there is a hi-limit thermostat in the upper broil element circuit, odds are this is open. I believe it is Item 16 in Section 1 of the parts
