I was defrosting my student fridge and decided it was going fast enough. So I started stabbing it with a knife. It didn't end well, I have a small puncture hole in the freezer tray. I am wondering if it can be fixed.

If you were going to put something in this freezer it would lay on the part I punctured. It was full of ice so I didn't think I was going that deep. But when it got punctured you could hear the gas leak out

The unit is now not worth fixing, just too expensive.
