Whats the job of the clutch and what gos wrong when it brakes down.:confused:
Can anyone help me with this info.

The Clutch allows the spin basket to come up to speed at a steadily increasing speed. If the clutch GRABS to quickly(I have NEVER seen this happen) the Motor won't start, What happens most of the time is the clutch slips, The washer won't spin the cloths dry because it NEVER gets to full spin speed!!! :)
