Help! My GE frig will NOT dispense water, but DOES dispense ice. It also appears that the freezer is thawing. Yikes. Any help would be appreciated. Filter is new. Water line is clear of clogs. I have had this problem in the past and it resolved after unplugging it for a few minutes then plugging it back in. I tried the same unplug thing, but this time it is NOT resolving. :(

For the past two days, the same frig is NOT dispensing water, but the ice dispenser works (but it does NOT dispense ice because the ice maker is NOT working and the ice in the bin melts and drips all over the freezer side of the frig and then that water then freezes making a mess in the freezer). So, it looks like the condenser works intermittently but there must be hours where it gets warm enough in the freezer such that any ice in the ice bin would melt. Ugh! Is this still a motherboard issue? If I need a new motherboard, can you please point me in the right direction to order/purchase one? Would it be cheaper to purchase a new refrigerator-freezer? Thank you for your help!
