i have a jenn-air 88370 cooktop and the plastic blocks that the 2 prong heating elements plug into have melted on the sides where the prongs make contact with the metal wire ends, and it has sparked in the past! what is the fix and where do i get the parts? thank you !!:mad:

You will need to replace the recepticles that the element plugs into. here's you breakdown, Model 88370Nat

i do not see anything that looks even close to this plugs, do you have a part number so i can call and order/ thanks, Chuck
