This machine was working perfect yesterday. There is power to outlet. Today, it will not start. Is there a fuse. How do I find out what is wrong.

First use a meter to make sure you are getting 120v to each side of the connection block.

If so, your machine has a thermal fuse, which is a non resettable that interrupts current to the machine if it gets too hot. Here is the part which also has a thermostat.

Part number: AP4307250
Part number: AP4307250

Open up the dryer and then check the door switch. If it is ok, proceed to the thermal fuse and check it for continuity. If open, replace it.
