What can it be? I have replaced the timer and the water level switch. When the machine is turned on it will fill to the proper level and then the pump kicks in and drains out the water. It will do this on all 3 levels. I have been told that it may be the pump itself having a bad valve but not sure. Thanks

Yes could be the pump jammed with lint, also could be a bad solenoid. Pull back panel and check if agitate slide bar moves when the washer fills up, if not it could be a bad solenoid or broken pin on the plunger. If no voltage to the solenoid,it could be a broken wire or a bad timer.
