Help. My Ge Washer was out of balance and was rocking horribly when in the spin cycle! My son shut it off, but unfortunately, the rubber bungy type strap on top of the tub had broken. We have replaced it, but now the washer still rocks like crazy and won't balance when in the spin cycle. Is there something else that may have broken? Thanks so much for any assistance you can offder!

Check to see if all legs are touching just by pushing forward and backwards if rocks then adjust legs to level and ensure, the do all over until it doesn't rock. If still persists change setting for spin to high or medium and see what happens, if that doesn't work re-adjust your clothes ensuring no big items are all tangled up.
