There are times when you think the washer is done and you go to put the clothes in the dryer and the washer if full of water. In order to get the water to drain, you have to turn the timer/load selection knob to get the water to drain or the tub to spin. :confused:

Check the lid switch (#9 on the break down diagram) and if there is nothing wrong then replace the timer.

- The part number for the lid switch is AP3094500

- The part number for the timer is AP3018584

Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool washer Model LLR6144BQ1
