This HE3 unit has worked fine until recently it seems to always automaticly set itself for JEANS cycle @ 54 minutes at MEDIUM HIGH temperature. Only after opening and closing the door several times does it allow us to put in our settings. Pressing the Pause/Cancel button usually does nothing.
Could call Sears repair service but our last few service issues for other appliances created at complete lack of trust and we cancelled our "Protection Agreement"

Most likely the problem is a bad user interface but there is a small chance for the main control board to be bad too. The model number you posted does not come up and I'm not able to provide the part numbers.
