I have a Kennmore Vacuum that does not power on anymore. I took it apart and test the motor with a 120V and it worked. When I hook it up to the PCB it does not, but if I disconnect the motor the wires out of PCB show 120V but when the motor is connected it no longer shows 120V. Is it the motor or PCB that should be replaced? Thanks for the help.
