Original problem was the dryer was not heating, so I changed the thermal fuse and the dryer worked fine for one cycle. Now the dryer doesn't heat again, I jumped out the thermal fuse and it still doesn't work. Sometimes it will heat for a few seconds and then the heat shuts off, sometime it doesn't start heating at all.

Hi Bruce, According to the manufacturer instructions (there is a sticker inside the dryer) in case if the thermal fuse blown then it has to be replaced together with the cycling thermostat. Also I would recommend to check the exhaust line all the way to the outlet and the air ducts and the blower wheel in the dryer for any restrictions. - The part number for the cycling thermostat is AP3131939 Gene.
