I dont hear any fans going at all..I took the panel off in freezer and noticed the fan above coils was not turning..as if it was frozen..actually it was turning but not continuous..Help

It is required to blow cold air into the fresh food side. If you want to double check this, measure the voltage going to the fan. If it is 120 volts and the fan does not run correctly, it is toast.
