I have a mircowave/oven combo unit. The model number is above, but was smudged on the tag, so I hope it is right. Manufactured in 2005 SN zh620435Q
About 4 months ago the turntable stopped, but now it is not heating. Is it worth fixing? If so, do you part numbers and directions how? I realize I will have to pull it out of the cabinet. I don't mind pulling it apart
Thanks Doug

Any Help?? I'm about to call GE to schedule a call. I'd order some parts and try some fixes recommended on other posts, but my model number does not come up. D

You have to get rid of the 0 Model# JTP86BF6BB up behind the grill is a thermal fuse thats resetable take it out and stick it in the freezer to reset it then put it back in if you can get to it I just use some freeze spray. You are also gonna need a turntable motor. I had a service call like yours once and thought it was the smart board and it just turned out to be the thermal The thermal might have tripped from the turntable not turning
