It does not work with the FloodSafe valve....not sure why. Try regular hoses - mine worked fine with regular hoses.

One thing I found out is to check the hot water hose valve behind the washer... if it was shut off by someone, the washer will stop filling after a few seconds if a warm or hot wash remp was selected.
Sometimes, someone in the house shuts off the hoses, but only turns on the cold later.
Worth a thought.
