MY upper agitator is "floating free" - it appears the "dogs" are no longer grabbing it to make it agitate. I have removed the entire agitator from the washer but I can't figure out how to remove the part inside the upper agitator that holds the "dogs" - I am assuming I just need to get the repair kit to fix the problem with the agitator but I don't know how to get the old parts out.

Thanks for the info - my problem was I didn't know how to separate the upper agitator from the lower one - I finally tried standing on the lower one and pulling up on the upper agitator and it came appart. Thanks again.
