It looks like the element is accessible in the right front of the machine. It will all depend on the clearance you have for your hands. The response was not helpful enough. My dishwasher is a GE Nautilus, Model # GSD3220F01BB, heating element part number AP4412739 (WD05X10009). Thank you.
