Refrigerator won't start. Replaced starter with no results. Is there a reset switch or fuse I need to check? AC line ok.

The compressor may be bad check your LRA with amp probe check continuity between all three posts for short with ohm meter each terminal + to ground. You can get a 3-n-1 start/run capacitor and if there is any life at all in compressor it will start with that, but it's short lived
