My Kenmore Quiet Wash Ultra Gaurd 3 Dishwasher will not close fully. I have to maintain pressure on the door for it to work. How can I fix or adjust the latch to make it stay fully closed?

I've got the exact same problem with my 18 yr old Kenmore!! I've posted too, maybe someone will help us!

If your washer is less than a year old call a Sears tech for service so you do not void the warranty. Are there three numbers to the left of those posted?
