So we took apart the top of the pump assembly and the check balls were on the loose in there. (Took it apart cuz there was a broken glass and we didn't want glass in there) Now we see where the check balls go (kinda) but how exactly, cuz just dropping them in didn't work . Still not draining. Does anyone know how they make it drain exactly? Supposed to be a good dishwasher and it has been..... HELP!
