The outside of my fridge is hot to the touch,Why?

It is normal for the outside to be pretty warm. The heat keeps the condesation down in the insulation of you refrigerator. If it seems excessively hot and it's less than a year old call a certified tech for service.
You may want to make sure there is enough air flow around the unit as well.
