Dryer is leaving burn marks not on ever load . some cloths get caught between the felt and the front door.

How hard is this to repair?

The upper glide probably needs replaced and you may want to check the lower one as well.
Here's your breakdown - Model DBR453EA0WW #'s 1220 & 1221 are probably your culprits.
