GE JT950 double built in oven. Top oven's bake and broil will not heat. Control panel seems to be working fine as the top oven light, convection fan and the bottom oven all work. Is there a part we can replace? The top oven bake unit had been heating and quit sometime while roasting some vegetables but the convection fan was still running and light was working.

If you have an ohm meter, you will need to test with, you will need to pull the oven out of the wall and open the control panel and remove the top plate. check all your connections, make sure thy are good, test the thermal limiter #158 on the breakdown of the oven(part # AP2024030)
