I have a GE PSC23SGRC side by side fridge. I recently replaced the water filter as the flow had slowed to a trickle. Usually, when I replace the filter, I hear the water gush into the new filter as I screw it in. This time, I heard nothing and no water is being dispensed. I tried putting the old filter back in with the same result. The unit still makes and dispenses ice without a problem.

When I press for water, I hear a click and a hum, but get no water. Please help!
