I have a Whirlpool refrigerator model ED22LFXGB00. A few days ago both the ice and water dispensers quit working at the same time. The light still works and you can hear a clicking noise when you press down on either dispenser. The ice maker is still making ice. I can't even figure out how to open the dispensing unit so I really need help.
