Hi Guys,
The above WP Dryer. First went to this dryer 2 years ago as it was dead and it turned out to be a dead inline fuse (T6.3a).
(there is a post on here about it but can't find it and had to register again)
Got a call from the customer again stating the dryer is dead again, and is not drying as quick. Customer says it takes almost twice as long to dry.
Yet again a dead fuse. Cleaned appliance out, including the almost obligatory dead mouse. Heater is in tact. Stats appear fine. Vent hose and all other parts cleaned. Customer has tried it for a week again but still says it's not drying as well.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

Sounds like a Customer Usage or Venting or Installation problem.
You may want to check the drum seals and the lint filter housing seal to the blower housing for leakage due to tears, loose fit etc. if you haven't yet.
You could also check and varify the exhaust temperature, with the exhaust vent off the unit, your average temperature should be approximately 69 dgrs C.(in your case/UK).
You may want to test the exhaust temp with the vent connected as well.
You're basically done at that point

I had a weird one like that and it turned out that the internal ducting had dropped and become miss aligned, cutting the air flow in half. Check all of the airflow components. Drum seals is a good suggestion.
