This dryer belt needs replacing, and I'm wondering where I go in to access it. Also if there are any particulars I should know about replacing it.

And are there any new washer/dryer options coming down the pike? I'm thinking of taking advantage of the cash for appliances program but don't want to if some better way to wash or dry is around the corner.
