MAYTAG WASHER VERY NOISY SOUNDS LIKE GRINDING ON SPIN CYCLE CHECKED PUMP AND MOTOR BOTH SEEM FINE REMOVED FRONT AND RAN WASHER NOISE SEEMS TO BE FROM BOTOM OF TUB NOT SURE HOW TO REMOVE INNER AND OUTER TUB:confused:

Lift the washer from the front. Remove the belt and check if the pump (on the right side) is rotating freely. If not then replace the pump.

- The part number for the pump is AP3447809
