i need help. we put oven in cleaning mode. and its never come out . none of the buttons on the control panel will respond. the fan still runs. the oven is not hot. i ordered the clock control board . and it still is doin the same thing. i am thinkin maybe the thermostat is bad or the main control board needs replacin. or maybe its just in a mode that i can manually get it out . need help

Clean cycles are traumatic to ovens, temps over 900 degrees cause all sorts of mechanical failure, Check to see if you have a non-resetable thermal fuse , mounted to the rear of the unit. Check for continuity with a multi-meter.
