My Kenmore electric dryer doesn't remain running once I let go of the start switch. Additionally, if I hold the start switch for a short period I do not see the filaments come on. I did a continuity check of the Thermistor, Cutoff-tml, Thermostat and Thermal fuse but didn't find any open ckt. What should I check next. Thanks.

Since the unit will not run on it's own and you have no heat it sounds like the power supply on the control board that powers the motor relay and the heater relay is not working.

Unfortunately I do not know what that supply should be and could not see if it was marked on the relay itself.
With a little luck someone else will jump in with that info so you can check it.
