In order to get the bottom spray assembly removed from the bottom of the tub, is the means of disconnection located beneath the tub or is there a way to remove it from inside the tub?:o

Nannarb,

You can remove the spray arm assembly from inside the tub assembly.

Remove the lower rack,

You need to grasp the lowest section of "hard" plastic cylinder closest to the filter, and turn counter clockwise(to the left) several revolutions(4 or 5) and tug up on the assembly, and remove,

Reverse procedure to install new part and test unit for operation.
