There is no door closing cam in this unit and I suspect that someone over the life of the unit has changed the doors from one side to the other and didn't put all the parts back in. I can only see one cam for this unit and it is on the top freezer door. Isn't there one for the bottom too. Looks like the top one is a ps-2004294 but all I see for the bottom is the hinge pin. Thank you.

Thank you. Har, You are correct, There is only one door closure cam, and it is on the freezer door bottom hinge. Part number: AP88349 The remainder are your basic door hinge shims. Something you may want to try: Lubricate all the hinges, (you can use White Lithium grease from a spray can, if you have it). Raise the door as best possible and force the grease between the shims and pins, as best possible. You should check and make sure the fridge is level in both directions, all the feet are on solid flooring and in contact on the floor. Then raise the front feet 1/4 to 3/8 inch to assist in closing both doors. This usually works in 99% of the cases like yours. Good Luck, :cool: :cool: :cool:
