Hi,
I have a fridgidare frontload washer atf 6000es1 that will not do the final spin. I have a code of E47 "board thinks the door PTC circuit is open in spin" According to the data sheet the door lock is shorted or open, and the resistance is supposed to be @ 1500 ohms. I checked the resistance and it is just about 1000 ohms, so I put a 500 ohm resitor in series to "fool" it just in case it was that critical. It did not help, the next step is to "replace the control board". I replaced the motor control board, but am now thinking it may have been the wrong board to replace- any ideas anyone? Oh, the water does drain out and the drain pump does run, timer seems to countdown normally.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Although no one here was able to help me, the answer I found may help someone else.
After the door switch checked out electrically, I went ahead and replaced it anyhow and that got the final spin working.:) My advice is to change that first before any control boards, even though the data sheet tests point to the board.
