The Condenser Fan Is A Dc Motor (12 V) The Fan Was Getting The Proper Volts But Was Moving Very Slow I Replaced The Motor The New One Acted The Same I Thought Possible Bad Replacement Part So I Ordered Another -- Same Thing -- What Am I Missing
