The Freezer and Fridge is working fine, I'm thinking I might need a new control board or something? any advise? Thank you Al R.

Al, The first thing to check is , the wire harness at the bottom of the freezer door, behind the hinge cover on the front of the unit. Make sure it did not get knocked loose or has fallen apart for some other reason. If there is nothing obvious there, then yes the next step would be the dispenser control panel assembly.
