When the starter is turned I hear a clicking by the thermal control and a low humming noise. I popped the cover off and this is what I saw (I hope these pics upload :o ). So does this look like I need a new board? On the last pic, where should that transistor be attached? I have a repairman coming out today and I don't want to be taken for a ride. The repairman wrote that he was replacing the thermal limiter which according to this site is the wrong part, though the billed amount for the part looks like the board. Guess I will have to "pop the top" and have a look. I greatly appreciate your help. Thanks:)
