This is a built-in microwave/oven combo. Several months ago, a message that the temp probe was unplugged would display when baking or broiling, but we weren't using it and had never plugged it in to start with. Stopping and restarting would usually clear it. Now, we turn the oven on, set the temperature, come back 5 minutes later and it has turned off. Tonight I was getting a combination of the two problems. Your help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

No code is displayed other than the probe symbol and the message that it is unplugged. When it shuts off 5 minutes after starting, the display is blank except for the digital clock.

The probe snsore in most likely a loose connection or something got into the plug and making a connection.
The oven shutting down is probably the thermal fuse which is on the back of the oven. part number 4451442, you may want to check this fuse for continuity (or have it checked)
