Hi,
New here,
My oven will not hold consistent temperature when baking at set point.
Could it be the thermostat or something else?

Thanks In Advance:)

Click for parts breakdown.

Click for oven thermostat.

The oven thermostat is what controls the temp. as long as there are no big gaps in the door seal or something it should hold steady. Bad news is this thermo is discontinued....... But we show one left in stock!! It goes for $ 186.70 and if you determine its what you need you can give us a call, we will call the warehouse and verify they have it.

I'm not sure of the make/model of my oven, but it doesn't hold a temp either. It is only 3 years old and started doing this about 2 years ago.

It heats up to the pre-heat temp, then keeps heating up...After it heats up to the max it starts beeping and showing a F10 error or something.

My guess was to replace the thermostat. I also read someone with the same problem mentioned something about replacing a "probe"?

Did you ever replace the thermostat and did it work?

In order to provide most accurate advice we need the complete model number of the oven. The Model Number Locator might help you to find it.
