Hello,

I have a Fridge with two vertical compartments, one freezer and one the regular. However, the Freezer is creating a blizzard. It does not want to stop working and inside everything is overfrozen and looks like a snow storm. I've tried adjusting it to warmer on the control knob, but it doesn't respond. The only way to stop it is by me unplugging the cord for the entire fridge. What can the problem be?

The user manual doesn't even mention this in their troubleshooting. I don't even know where to begin looking for the problem. But the freezer motor is not looking that it would stop anytime soon. Is the problem with the Freezer Control Knob, or something else that drives the motor out of control.

Chances are the thermostat control is bad, please ost the model number off the tag inside of the frig compartment for better assistance.
