Washer functions properly however cold water delivery is considerably slower than that of hot water. Have checked and verified filters in both hot and cold supply hoses. Potential water switch problem?

Turn off your water supply and check the valve were the hoses attach. most of the time tey get debris from the water and get clogged. Clean them with a Q-tip or old tooth brush making sure not to damage the screens.
