Our range has worked fine up until now. Recently we have noticed that the oven is not reaching the proper temperatures. This is not consitant. One day we were unable to bake cookies, even after 25 minutes, it was still like dough (my wife blamed me). The next day, we cooked a whole chicken with no problem. 2 days later we were unable to heat pizza (the crust wouldn't cook).
I have no idea how to diagnose this any further. A starting point would be good, or if this is a common problem (need to replace something) that would be great to know.

nothing? Should I just call for service? Is there not something I can do?
