My washer struts are going and they are not covered by service plus. I contacted GE and they sent me the parts without charging me since I made such a stink since my machine is only 4 years old. I took the front panel off today, but can't figure out how to remove the old one and replace them with the new ones. Does anyone have directions on how to do this? I can't seem to find a repair manual for this fix.

GE will not release technical data to anyone except their authorized techs, (and sometimes not even to them). See if this manual is close enough to your model to help, but if not you need to go back to GE and get them to send you info on how to fix this. Yell at them again!
