Chuck, Inspect the ceramic part of the igniter for any cracks or other damages. If there is no any damages, try to clean it with a soft metal brush and alcohol. If the igniter is damaged, replace it. - The burner igniter Part number: AP3191250

Thanks Gene for the info. How do I get to the igniter, do I have to take the top off this range? I'm not sure how I can get to the igniter. Chuck

Chuck,
I'm sorry for the delay.
You have to remove the burner cap and the burner head. Unscrew the two screws holding the burner base and remove it. Carefully pull the igniter up.
Gene.
