:confused: Every time we try to cook something in the oven, we have to set the temp over 100 deg. higher than required for that dish. The LED will read 400 when it is actually between 200-300. Hope you can help...

Sounds like the thermostat is way off, if this is a digital readout, it has a seperate sensor probe inside the oven, if its a mechanical dial, its all one unit. There is small window of calibration, normally 20 + or - but 100 is too much.
