Need help. I just started to experience clicking noises every 15-17 minutes or so from the refrigerator. I opened the door and heard it coming from the REFRIGERATOR side.
Here is what I observed: * Pulled the Custom Cool drawer and checked the fan. No problem. * Noise sounded as if it were coming from the Fresh Produce drawer. * Pulled the Fresh Produce drawer. * Sound isolated to the sealed compartment behind\below the Fresh Produce drawer, behind the Custom Cool drawer.
Can now recreate the noise at will, using the buttons: * Activating Express Thaw: NO problem * Activating Express Chill: Clicking occurs for two seconds at activation, then goes away. Sound is NOT the fan. Custom Cool fan is fine. * Under normal operating, Custom Cool is set to Meat (31F)
I did pull all of the meat out and place it in the normal part of the refrigerator, just in case. The refrigerator and Custom Cool compartment displays look like they are running warm, but I did have the refrigerator and drawer out for five minutes straight. I will check temp again in the morning.

It could be your compressor trying to start. If so, your internal temperatures will approach room temperature. Remove the back panel and check the compressor, if hot but no heat in the condenser coils, you have a starting problem with the compressor.
