Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/24/2008(UTC) Posts: 66		Unless you have good reason to suspect the compressor is bad, it's not usually the case, you have a whirlpool made unit there, tecumseh compresor, one of the better brands to have. What are your symptoms, "heavy frost in the freezer", "lights on but not running", "compressor very hot to the touch"...just a few examples
